NBCC to focus on real estate in FY14 - Property in Mumbai
NBCC CMD Anoop Kumar Mittal speaks to NDTV Profit at length about the company's main focus and strategy in FY14. NBCC's focus for the next 3 years will be real estate, and the company is executing on a PPP basis redevelopment of some old government colonies, says Mr Mittal. NBCC currently has a 150 acre land bank and is looking at utilising its free cash towards some more land parcel buys in FY14.
